A collection that is hardly created out of a whim, Axor Urquiola took five years to come to fruition. It was an effort that began in 2005 when Urquiola collaborated with Hansgrohe on an art piece, the WaterDream, for the International Furniture Trade Fair in Milan. The finished product subsequently sparked Urquiola’s inspiration into the creation of a bathroom range for Axor, the designer brand by Hansgrohe.
With a foundation based on the change and interaction of personal styles, Axor Urquiola embodies a contemporary design that is ideal for many application possibilities with its diverse range of products, which bodes well for bathrooms of all shapes and sizes, style and design.
Steering clear of conventional forms and traditional structures of how a bathroom should be, Urquiola’s designs are detailed yet sensuous with soft curves and hard angles.
